Well where do i start, Can not fault this company. We contacted cars direct Peterborough ltd after seeing a car advertised on auto trader. Being approx 3 hour drive away we were wary of dealing with a company we knew nothing about but there was no need to be concerned. Cars Direct Peterborough offered a superb buying experience for a tentative buyer. After seeing the car online and wanting to know more, I gave them a call and was introduced to a knowledgable salesman who answered all my queries and completely put me at ease. Excellent customer service and integrity
The service from Wajid at Cars Direct Peterborough was excellent. He picked me up from the train station, as I had travelled down from the West Midlands. The car was valued correctly based on the market research I had done. It was an effortless transaction. Most importantly, since I had put down a deposit, despite a high level of interest in the car, Wajid didn't play any type of game. Integrity is hard to come by on occasion but not with Wajid at Cars Direct Peterborough.

I'll start from the beginning, called the guy to ask a few questions about a car I was interested in. He answered all my questions and even sent me pics of all the pages in the service book. Ok I'm getting a good vibe about the car and the dealer so I commited to book a train from Bristol to Peterborough. Upon arriving at the station Wajid (the dealer) sent his brother to collect me the station. I planned on getting an uber so this was helpful. As I arrived at the dealers site I saw my potential car poking its nose out of the front of his roofed garage area. It was nice to see it ready and waiting for me, and all clean and shiny just as you want a car to be upon viewing for the first time. I was getting a good feel for the place especially nice considering I'd spent 3hours on a train! Wajid welcomed me with a handshake and I had a look around the car. It was pretty obvious I fell in love with it straight off, i asked Wajid to take her for a spin and off we went. I was pleased with the test drive and decided to buy. As I got out of the car after the test I noticed a slight hissing from the offside rear tyre. Seems I picked up a nail on my test drive! Not that this was any kind of a problem as Wajid instantly sent his brother off to get it repaired. While that was being done I went in the office and paid the man. Then jumped in the car with a smike on my face for my long 3hour drive home. And I was still smiling when I got home, car was faultless. What can I say accept a first class service from the start. If this guy has the car you want don't hesitate!

I had been looking for an Insignia or a Mondeo for a little while and came across Cars Direct Peterborough on auto trader. I found an Insignia with Cars Direct, reasonably priced, service history, great condition but the dealership was 155 miles away. I spoke to Ali on the phone, he was knowledgeable and professional and reassured me the condition of the car and sent me pictures of the car documents. I put a deposit down and went to Peterborough. Ali’s brother picked me up from the station and took me to the dealership. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time but have never been impressed like this before. The car was as described, they had given it a new MOT, serviced it and given it a full valet. The service from the guys was second to none and their stock was impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and would definitely come back again next time I’m in the market for a car.

Honest and genuine feel safe buying from them
I travelled from Somerset and before I made the journey I called and asked for description of vehicle over the phone, it was honest and accurate, dealt with really good guys who gave me the best service. After a few Months the Low Battery symbol was coming on although Batteries are not covered under warranty they replaced it for me free of charge with no hassle. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Fabulous service from start to finish, highly recommend. Test drove the car one day, collected it the next (they would of delivered if required). Brilliant service cannot fault them at all. They even stayed behind after hours for us to travel from Grimsby to collect after work. Thanks guys!

That is a responsible seller. They promise gave my car have 6 months warranty. unfortunately, my car got a little problem need to took it to garage to fixed it after I bought it fifth month. The seller took this responsibility to pay me back the repair cost.
